1. Product Description
Reverse osmosis (RO)system is a water purification process that uses a partially permeable membrane to separate ions, unwanted molecules, larger particles and colloid, organic impurity, heavy metal ion from drinking water.
Reverse osmosis system can remove many types of dissolved and suspended chemical species as well as biological ones (principally bacteria) from water, it is also effective with asbestos, many taste, color and odor producing chemicals, particulates, total dissolved solids, turbidity and radium, is used in both industrial processes and the production of potable water.
Main and Basis Point for this system:
1.Source water inlet: it can treat tap water, well water and underground water with TDS( Total Dissolved Solids) is less than 1000 ppm.
2.Capacity: Output purified water is 1000 liters per hour.
3.Output purified water application::Daily consumption or irrigating or food manufacturing ect.
These are guidelines for getting a proper quotation:
1. What is the source water to be treated? tap water, well water, underground water or sea water? Any water analysis report for TDS / conductivity?
2. How many capacity of water treatment system do you need? 500 liters per hour,1000 liters per hour or more?
3.What is the application of output purified water? drinking, bottle water, mineral drinking water, food and beverage manufacturing, industrial use or medical production use etc.?

Features and advantages of the RO system:
1.The system can produce water continuously, fully automatic.
2.No need chemical to regenerate, easy operation and maintenance.
3.Core components of RO system are CNP pump and Vontron RO membranes.
4.Automatically switch on when low water level in pure water tank, and switch off when high water level in raw water tank.
5.The system will flush RO membranes automatically about 90s, reducing membranes polluted speed.
6.Water shortage protection and low pressure protection switch for pumps.
7.Conductivity monitor will detect water quality online continuously and show data.
8.Water flow meters, pressure gauges, solenoid valves, regulating control valves, control panel are applied in the whole system.
9. RO controller makes whole RO system operating automatically.
10.Easily control and maintenance.
